Key KPIs delivered by Taggstar
conversion rate uplift

Tendam initially tested social proof messaging on its Fifty outlet brand, which operates around 70 points of sale in six countries and online, to see how it could help customers with product discovery and drive trading performance.
The success of the original Fifty test convinced Tendam to extend its partnership with Taggstar for social proof messaging in May 2026. It launched social proof messaging for Women’secret on 2nd June.
To assess how well it worked for a larger brand, social proof messaging was tested on Women’secret’s Spanish website across the PLP and PDP. 13 distinct message types were used, including ‘Popular’, ‘Trending’, ‘Highly Requested’ and ‘Great Choice’.

The initial Tendam project, which introduced social proof messaging to Fifty, delivered an ROI of 10.4X, but with the inclusion of Women’secret, this has nearly tripled to more than 30X.
The test once again delivered strong results, generating a 4.63% uplift in conversion rate.

Following the conclusion of the test, Taggstar will further optimize social proof messaging for Women’secret, as well as design a winter campaign for the brand.
Social proof messaging will also be introduced to additional brands in the Tendam portfolio. These include the womenswear and menswear brand Cortefiel, which has around 249 points of sale in more than 40 countries, and the urban brand Springfield, which is present in around 60 countries with more than 740 points of sale.
Peter Buckley, Chief Revenue Officer at Taggstar, said: “The results that Tendam witnessed for Fifty were proof enough to convince the retail giant to become our first Spanish-headquartered customer and to plan a rollout of social proof messaging from Taggstar to three more of its brands. We are thrilled that the rollout to Women’secret, a much bigger brand in the portfolio, has delivered equally impressive results.”
